I ordered three small items from this shop and felt treated as well as someone who spent a lot more money than I did. I already had the chains for two pearls and one heart shaped charm. it was a very positive experience and I'm delighted with the items that I purchased.

Everyone was very helpful at this company. They shipped quickly and when I requested they look for a specific shape of pearl they were very kind and found the exact shape I was looking for. Unfortunately, when I went to hang this on my 14k gold ring to make an earring I was disappointed to find that the color of the cap was more of a "rose-gold" than a yellow gold. So much so that I thought I had made a user error and selected some rose gold option in my haste. When I went back onto the site the images posted look more yellow-gold and seem to match the ring I already had. Again: The items, customer service and shipping were AMAZING--unfortunately I'll have to find something that matches a little bit better since the rose-gold coloring doesn't quite match all the yellow gold in my ears.
